The NIPSTA facility in Glenview, IL provides year-round training to first responders at local, state and national levels.

In this two-year project, Norman J. Toberman & Associates in conjunction with Tactical Design of Arlington Heights, provided comprehensive services that included conceptual planning and detailed design, securing village plan commission and board approvals, permitting, and construction staking and observation.
