Since 2005, we have worked with Smith Family Construction to develop a 50-acre site at Wolf Road and Milwaukee Ave. The impressive development, consisting of three 7-story and two 5-story condominium buildings and a recreation center, is surrounded by abundant water features and lavish landscaping. The magnificent granite boulder waterfall entrance has become a landmark and popular photo backdrop in the community. Residents enjoy numerous walking paths, a fountain plaza, and a central lake that has become home to a family of swans.
